Everytime I come to Auburn I visited edelweiss for the atmosphere, beautiful service and comfort food. It will be busy be prepared to wait, talk to the other people waiting its part of the charm.
Love this place. Prototypical American diner. The breakfasts my wife and I had were exactly what we wanted and the two ladies that ran the floor were just sooo sweet and helpful. This is a throwback spot for sure.
